Methow Valley Region
The Mazama Country Inn (Mazama) features fine dining in a rustic setting. The breakfast and dinner menu changes daily as the seasons change, offering fresh produce and locally grown meats. Pick up lunch at the Mazama Store right next door. Our bakery offers a delicious selection of fresh baked breads, pastries, and pies. Savory sandwiches and hearty soups can be enjoyed either indoors in our cafe, or outdoors on the newly remodeled patio. The deli case is replenished daily with picnic lunch items to enjoy while hiking the Pasayten Wilderness or rock climbing around Mazama.
Sun Mountain Lodge (Winthrop) dining is a must for any visitor to North Central Washington. Visitors enjoy expansive views of the North Cascade Mountains and Methow Valley from any seat at one of three restaurants at the Lodge. The menus showcase award wining dishes created from northwest regional ingredients. Naturally grown herbs and produce from the Methow Valley, lamb from the Ellensburg Valley and cheeses from Larkhaven Farms in the Okanogan Valley are just a small representation of local producers and indigenous product available to the Lodge and its dining guests. Sun Mountain Lodge is equally proud of its wine list and 5,000 bottle cellar which features many award winning Northwest wines, some of which can only be found at the Resort.
The Cinnamon Twisp (Twisp) has a wide selection of savory and sweet pastries made daily from local organic ingredients. The flour kneaded into the fresh baked breads and pastries is milled from locally harvested grains, the organic produce in the hearty soups, juicy pies, and cool fruit smoothies come from neighboring farms and orchards. Enjoy breakfast or lunch at the bakery!
North Okanogan Region

The Historic Tamarack Saloon & Eatery (Conconully) features locally raised beef steaks, burgers, broasted chicken and more! Bring the family, prop up your fishing pole or park your snow mobile and come join us for our weekend 11 am breakfast, dinner specials, and creek side beer garden.
Tonasket Natural Foods Co Op (Tonasket) has organic and bulk foods, herbs and spices, coffee, organic and local produce, nutritional supplements, health and beauty aids, and deli serving a hot entree and soup daily, along with sandwiches.
Heart of the Okanogan Region
The Breadline Cafe (Okanogan) is renowned for its soft warm bread made from freshly ground Okanogan flours, robust coffee sweetened with local honey, margaritas mixed with peaches fresh off the tree. Cinnamon apple pies start out in sunny local orchards. So many delicious choices! The Breadline Café also features regional wine tastings for the discerning connoisseur.
Columbia River Region
The Sweet River Bakery(Pateros) Located in the heart of Washington State at the gateway of the beautiful Methow Valley. Hand-made artisan breads, pastries, fresh sandwiches, salads, homemade soups, local organic fruit spreads.
Rivers Restaurant's (Pateros) view of Lake Pateros at the confluence of the mighty Columbia and scenic Methow rivers gives a unique eating experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Rest Awhile Country Market (Pateros) is a seasonal fruit stand that produces mouth watering breakfast pastries, muffins, loaded fruit pies and fruit filled pastries. Lunch selections of piled high sandwiches and hearty soups can be enjoyed in the outdoor seating area by the orchard. After satisfying your hunger, peruse the store for locally made candies, preserves, and delectable regional wines.
