Okanogan County Washington: Open for Adventure!
Arts & Culture

Performing Arts

Performing arts range from a classical orchestra and choral group to colorful Native American dancing and drumming, a highlight of the Omak Stampede and World-Famous Suicide Race. The Merc Playhouse and the Methow Valley Community Theater also provide musicals, dramas, comedies and more.

If theater is your love, the Omak Performing Arts Center provides a 560-seat venue for local talent as well as drawing a variety of professional performers and events from folk concerts to ballet, cowboy poetry and Broadway musicals.
