Apple Country

QUICK FACTS
Early fall is the time for hiking in the high alpine areas. Since snow lingers there until mid-August, late August and early September is the best time of the year to experience the beauty above the tree line.

The apples of Okanogan Country are world-famous and fall is apple harvest time! Try a Macintosh, Fuji, or Golden Delicious for a healthy, tasty treat!
