Certified divers take to the clear cold waters of Omak Lake to participate in a unique Jack-o-Latern carving contest.  Only diving knifes are used and only one tank of air is allowed.  Pumpkins are full of air as well as seeds and tend to keep popping to the surface, so makes for some unique Jack-o-Laterns!  Entry fee $10
