to travel along the Kettle River from Midway Bridge to the Town
Bridge in Curlew? This annual event folks give their best guess
. . . a tradition that has it roots back to prohibition when
bootleggers tried to slip barrels of illegal whiskey across
the Canadian border and past Customs officals by floating their
contraband down the river. Experience the excitement as the
